v.2: Nothing corrected, but it's worth mentioning that this version was not
played with the London symphony, but possibly also the San Fransisco Symphony,
I came to that conclusion after wathing the "Metallica Classic Album DVD" You
should watch it to be certain which version I'm talking about, if you don't know
that is. On that DVD they mention it as the Elevator version, and that it was
intended to be the version for the album.

v.1:
This is a very strange version, it was made before the S&M concert. But this
is a mix from the
original vocals pasted in an arranged piece played by the London Symphony
(the symphony that is
familiar by the Star Wars Motion Picture Soundtracks). So it's not live, I
don't even think the
guitar parts are played by the band.

To get the same sound as of the composition you have to play it on a 12
string, but it sounds
fine on a 6-string. However, some riffs must be played different on a
6-string to simulate
the same effect. I will note that, when that is the case, Also this piece is
best played using
a plectrum, and you need another guitarist to play the intro fully, unlike
the original piece.

It's timed , I sometimes note that to count the notes. However you can learn
to play it best to
listen to the track, I don't know which album it's on, I downloaded it on
the internet
(search for Nothing Else Matters Acoustic). But there is another solution.
I made a midi file, which comes close to the score, I'm very proud in making
that
